Hi there, during border crossing for Canadian PR, if you don't have US visa, does it consider as a refusal to US ?

Please confirm thanks

does it affect when you apply for us visa ? Does any body have a similar situation ? I am currently applying for us visa, should I say yes for refusal? Please confirm ?

you no need a US visa for flagpolling for canadian pr. It will not affect on you future US visa application as well. when you apply just say yes but
give them reason that it was formality to re enter in CANADA for pr landing. there will not be any negative side of this refusal. sometime even
US border officer tells you that dont worry this letter will not effect your future entry. go ahead.

I think when i crossed the border for PR, the US security officer will give you a generic paper with those information. i misplaced that paper somewhere. by any chance do you have it with you? I just need to know what it says . Thanks

if you asking about that refusal letter then it always kept by CBSA. when you come back to finish
landing on canada side that time canada border takes this paper from you. so i dont think you have it.
when you landed that time officer first ask this paper as a proof that you went out from canada.i m sure
nobody can have this one as this is part of landing formality and officer always takes it.
