Can anyone tell me whether the sponsored wife, by the Canada PR holder husband, will get all the regular benefits as like regular PR candidate?

Yes, except the fact she's supposed to live with you for the first 2 years, unless you fall under certain criteria where the 2 year thing doesn't apply.

Thank you for your response. We married 2 years ago.

And I heard in some thread saying, for the sponsored candidates no welfare from govt. E.g, child benefits for kids

If a sponsored spouse claim welfare within 3 years of landing, the sponsor will be required to pay the government back.

Child benefit is not welfare.

Ah yes that's the other thing too, cannot receive social assistance for 3 years or else the sponsor will have to repay
