PR being refused late medical examination

I am sponsoring my wife i checked my junk yesterday and seen that they sent my wife a medical examination on January 5 its may 23 and we just seen the email does this mean the application will be refused or can i call and explain the situation and ask for a nother medical examination?

Usually you only have 30 days to comply with requests. They may have already refused the application but you can certainly call to find out
