PR approved return tracker not activated

My timeline

PPR - dec 03,2019
Passport sent to CIC - dec 05,2019
Passport received at CIC - dec 09, 2019
Status change to approved - dec 19, 2019
return tracker - N/A

I have applied from the US and mailed my docs through FedEx.
It has been more than 12 days since status changed to approved. Any suggestions?

Dec 25 26 and jan 1 were holidays here in canada. You have to allow time for the office to affix the visa to your passport and return it. You can submit a webform asking for an update

Thank you, you were right. It was just the holidays. I got it on Tuesday.

Passport stamped and received: Jan 03, 2020

Would say it took around 9 months
