PR approved before answer from WP approval

Hello,

I'm filling my citizenship application and I'm confused on how to answer the following:

It's asking me for my temporary resident status and date.

One of the question is if I apply for an extension, which I did: however I applied during thr covid time and I got my PR approval before they even look at my application (4 month after me applying for renewal). I even got my money back from the WP application!.

The issue comes that it asking me if I apply for an extension, which I answered yes. Then is asking for the date the extension was approved/or refused. But I didn't get an answer, so I dont know how to answer that part.

Any help on how to fill this?

Your best bet is a letter of explanation.
If you have to put a date in there to "satisfy the system", you can go with the day you became a PR or the previous day, whatever works (which is accurate after all, your application was "refused" when PR status was granted) , but the letter will clarify it all.
