Ok.. also i am concern about if i make a birth certificate and submit.. maybe IRB rise a question because during submission of BOC and handover my passport and NID. i checked No for birth certificate.. They might think i lied before.. but thank u for ur response.. its an optional. so i will submit a statement for it.

They understand very well people come here without all papers and they lost many documents especially protected person they will respect your statement
I am from Bangladesh.. in my country . its very difficult from here to make it.. and also it will take more than one month.. Its optional you said.. so i will give a statement. if later they will ask it must. i will make.. also after apply i will try to bring them here with visit visa. its one year they are living there alone.
