I had applied for Canadian Immigration under Skilled worker in Sep 2006,, and the status of the application is still showing as In process. Any one has a clue as to when the processing would get completed.. When i write to CHC, i get a standard reply that we can communicate only through your authorized agency for providing any information.

this is extremly long time.....u should call them or call ur consultant....i also applied in 2006 and my case was rejected in 2008......try to reapply again.....under the new fast track...

I had written a lot of times to CHC and my consultant. The only response which i receive from CHC is we will send the details only to the consultant. The consultant replies that the process is getting delayed since CHC is focussing only on the fast track option now.. and will take more time.. Above all, i had received a mail from the so called consultant that they are filing a petition against CIC on the delay in processing the papers and asking me to make a additional payment of $750 for taking this up legally..

I advise u to reapply again, by ur self without the agency, the precession is easy ,u have to download and follow the guide check list, I Havel bad experience with so called consultants, blood suckers.
