No, but I have seen that applications with some particular NOC codes are taking longer than usual. I am planning to wait until my 8 months are completed.

There are a few 3112 I have come across - FSW-O who have received their PPRs by 5 months. So don’t think there’s a jinx in the NOC. Probably you should try finding out the real reason!

The processing time does not depend on NOC code, it depends on the documents and complexity in the application.
A person with a big travel history and more number of applicants will take more time. I would suggest you to call CIC for an update

It depends on the reason of rejection. If it was no ties to the country, it won't effect much.
