First of all....I never requested for a refund..
And now i got mail that says the refund was processed inadvertently and I checked with my agent and it did actually in April 2018.

There was a refund of only CAD 380...Rest of the amount was not REFUNDED...
So my agent just paid CAD 380 back and let seee....

Got my passport back today with CoPR
Here is my timeline

1. ITA - 23rd May 2018
2. AOR - 19th June 2018
3. MEP - 5th July 2018
4. Ip1 - 6th July 2018
5. Medical request - 15th Oct 2018
6. Accepted - 18th Oct 2018
7. Ip2 - 13th Nov 2018
8. PPR - 19th Nov 2018
9. Passport submitted - 19th Nov 2018
10. Passport dispatched / approved - 30th Nov 2018
11. Passport received with CoPR - 3rd December 2018

How to find out if your application is being processed in NDVO?

You give CIC a call and ask for visa office.

It has been 11 months now post AOR and still eligibility and security not started as per latest gcms received in Nov2018. My file had review required for PoF. I did submit an updated statement but nothing seems to move my file. I see in the gcms that all the cse's and phone calls that i have raised, the notes just say one thing....

"This application is in queue for processing and an email has been received related to this application. Please verify ECONOMIC NOT STARTED folder under the PRU folder if no subsequent note is entered pertaining to the email received".

My file is at NDVO. Any idea what this means?what is this folder that they are talking about? People stuck at NDVO with a similar timeline is this same as yours?

It is exactly same and word to word matching notes for me since June 2018. Nothing seems to be moving our files...Not even any no.of email reminders...They finally replied to me last month that the file is pending officers review, it means unless the visa officer looks at our file...It is just a waiting game nothing more nothing less...Completed 20 months in all now...
My re meda done will also expire in Feb now...Just frustrating.

So frustrating. This is very express entry! I don’t understand why would they not touch our files. And they process other applications that have come way later. We are not even in security screening!

Exactly at the same situation. Crossed one year stuck in the economic folder queue. Today my profile got updated as you don't need medical(my medical also got expired last month) . Don't know how long we have to wait!!!

I did on 8th feb 2018, got it cleared in jine 2018, due ongoing issue. But since then not sure why the file didn't move ahead.
