Hello All,

I received my ITA in the 24th March draw.

Now, i have few queries:

1. How would I confirm that I have accepted the ITA, because i dont see a tab "accept invitation" similar to the tab which says "Decline invitation"?
2. While accepting the ITA and filling in the application, CIC is asking for spouse details. Can i update/change these later on as we are applying for a fresh passport with my name on it?
3. In my profile, below the table "continue my profile/application, not yet submitted" it is clearly mentioned that days left to submit are 90 days. But, once i start filling in the application and "save and exit" in between it says "You have 60 days, including today, to complete this application or profile."

Please advise.

1. There is no tab for accepting invitation. Filling your forms, uploading documents, paying fees and submitting eAPR is the way you accept it.
2. U can update and change anything until u submit the e-APR. ANy changes after that will require u to raise a CSE and add a letter of explanation.
3. You have 90 days time. However, I suggest you dont leave it that late

Nothing to explicitly say you have accepted the invite. If you haven't declined it, it means you're filling your application. Click on "Continue Application" and complete it. Only when you submit your application and pay the fees does CIC come to know that you've accepted the invite.

You can modify any section till the day you submit it.

Don't worry about 60 days it says after "Save and Exit". Count down on your homepage is what you need to go by. Even on the last day, "Save and Exit" will say "You have 60 days,... "

Hey all,
Could anybody clear up if the funds in INR in an Indian bank with international debit card count as bringing the minimum required funds at the time of landing with COPR?

Anyone has an idea if we can check the status of our application on the IRCC site by providing the application number. Does it give the required information or not. Link is http://www.cic.gc.ca

You can carry statement and tell them you will get the funds transferred once you open an account. Carry only 2500 with you.

This facility is meant only for the paper based applications. For EE candidates, you must log into your "My CIC" account to view the status.
If you want to know more details, then you need to order GCMS notes.

If you have correctly entered your name in your eAPR then enclose a letter with your passport.. Also raise a CSE.

Hi buddy
I have a question for u.. what is ifhp for??

I received my PP and COPR along with a letter of instructions. In the second page it mentions that we need to carry either our PR card or a PR Travel Document (PRTD) before travelling to Canada.. They have also provided a link to apply for the PRTD

Question - What is a PRTD? Do we need it or does our CoPR document plus PP stamp suffice?
