I am new to this forum. Just completed my medicals this week. Planning to submit by next week.
Senios, should I pay the Right to Permanent fees in advance?

Hi All,

This is my first post on this forum, but I have been following the forum since the beginning , its great to see all of you connect & support each other.

I also want to congratulate all of them who have received the PPR

My timelines are as follows,

ONIP Nomination : 28th Oct 16
ITA : 2nd Nov 16
EAOR - 27th Nov 16
BG status - Not Applicable (for a loooooong time now :'()

I have some questions
1. By when do you seniors think I would get my PPR..?
2. Does the email about PPR come directly to my CIC account or there will be an email notification..?
3. How many days do we get to submit the Passports once we get the PPR..?
4. Is it possible to change the VO as i a travelling to Melbourne end of this month for 30 days, so i am really worried if i get the PPR at that time what do i do..? : ???

Please help me with these questions.....

1)u can get ppr anytime but no one knows when. A lot of people didn't get bg change and still got ppr so u never know.
2)u ll get email that u have got a new msg in ur cic account.
3)30 days to submit passport after u get the ppr.
4)u cannot change VO. Atleast that has not happened in recent times. Hope ur ppr comes b4 u go and to get ur passport u can ask them to courier u back. And if it doesn't u can come back and do the same.

This is my current status since last 5 days. No change in the status. Any idea what s next and timeline. Pls help and guide as anxiety levels are really high.

How can my visa office be Sydney, NS ? This is strange as I am FSW outland. Any idea friends? Please help.

Its not strange. Everyone's file goes through Sydney, NS office. Its more commonly knows as the Centralized Intake Office or CIO. The initial processing happens at CIO/CPC-O (CPC-O = Case Processing Center in Ottawa). After that, the file is transferred to the Local Visa Office.

I'm PNP-O and my R10, A11.2, Criminality checks all happened at CIO.

The changes in MY CIC will occur once you submit your passport(s) to NDVO and they approve and close your application .
