I can tell you about VFS in India - last week I was at VFS Delhi.

You need only the PP request letter, PPs and two photos of each applicant (one photo should have the details of the studio, date of photographs, DOB and name of applicant)

They do not need any other form from you, everything is available with the executive attending you. In case you need PPs to be couriered to you then you will be asked to fill a form with your contact / mailing details.

Fees:
PP handling fes ~ INR 600 per passport
Courier fee ~ INR 400 per passport

Hope this helps
Thanks much. Very informative.

How was this specifically arranged? Does VFS themselves offer such a facility onsite at their VAC?

MZASAM and others who have submitted passports to NDVO

Any notification of application being approved or from VFS ??? I submitted my passports to VFS on March 3rd Friday but VFS forwarded them on March 6 th Monday so I guess I need to wait until end of this week right ??

Why this entire journey has to be so overwhelming ???

First I was dying for Ontario PT notification , when I got that
I was almost dying for Ontario nomination , when I got that
I was again dying for ITA ,when I got that
I was dying to get PPR , now when I have that
I am worrying about getting my passport with COPR and application approved asap

Hope my poor heart bears all the trauma I had to put it through

You should really be happy with where you've reached. Some of Aug, Sept, Oct and Nov applicants like myself have had no movement in application yet. Additional docs are being asked now, only the lord knows how long further processing will take.

LOL. That's kind of true. Submitted PP on March 3 and waiting for stamped PP and COPR. Hopefully, we'll get it soon!

Good luck!

Don't worry Royce you will get it very soon . I see you received request for schedule A .. Observing various threads ... A lot of people received PPR after being requested schedule a , travel history etc .... Some of them even received PPR the very same day ...

Your PPR is imminent ... And all the best for it ..

Friends:

Submitted my PP on March 1st to VFS Hyderabad. No update in MyCIC. Hope to receive stamped PP and COPR soon.
