Although I see my BG "In Progress" but application still shows as "Submitted". Isn't this supposed to be "Updated" wjhenever there is a change in the status? When my Medicals were set to "Passed", application status was changed to " Updated"

So, I just got confirmed that my file is with New Delhi VO. And since last update happened on Sunday so its clear that they have been working on weekends.

I've read some posts here about some India applications being processed at Ottawa. Any patterns on those cases? Or any dates preceding which such applications went to Ottawa?
