Hi Kamy,

I thoroughly checked but couldn't find any activity/sub activity like Criminality. However there is one activity under Biographic as below

ACTIVITY: 11
UCI. xxxxxxx
Name; <PRIMARY APPICANT NAME>
Sub-Activity/Activity Type: Biographic
Field Name: Status
New Value: NRT
Updated Date: 2016/07/28
Updated By: EAIBIOG
Office: GCMS System.

I read somewhere that NRT means "No Reported Trace" & is usually associated with PCC's submitted. Do you think this can be activity for Criminality?

No this is not criminality, NRT is generally associated with Biographic, they send it to to partner organizations where any trace of person can be looked at without much effort.
Criminality is a seprate sub task and New value field should be "Passed" but you don't need to worry if it's not updated because you have it mentioned in notes clearly and there might be glitch on part of the officer

Hi, request you to quote some hard facts for this statement, if any.
I remember it happened for one (canadianrrk)

This has been observed for many NDVO candidates where they reported BG went in progress 0 to 2 days before PPR mail came

Just one more question: Do you think that I should raise CSE to IRCC for this glitch/clarification ?

Hi,

It must be some system glitch, don't worry about that. Just call the CIC call center and tell them that whatever you found on your notes. They usually say about what exactly is the status. Don't say anything about file transferred to NDVO and all, just cal and straight away ask your questions.

Good luck

I had dropped an email to NDVO on Jan 30th requesting for a status. Got back the reply today and below was the response...Honestly, I was surprised to hear back within 2 days !!

"This is in reference to your below mentioned e-mail message. Please be advised that your file is under Officers review"

Appears to be good news...

I don't think it's going to help, they haven't made any decision on your file and it is still in progress. In your GCMS notes, what are all the values under ADMISSIBILITIES section
There should be
Security sub sections = number of adult applicants in your file
Criminality sub sections= number of adult applicants in your file

Under ADMISSIBILITIES section, there is same status.

Medical is "Passed"
Security is "Not Started"
Criminality is "Not Started"

:(

Anybody have any idea on what the average processing time for CEC outland is typically? Planning on submitting my application within the next two weeks.

As I am following this thread and other thread too from a long time more than 2 years and read many post in which NDVO had provided PPR in a week. Where as in another VO they take time nearly 2-4 after background went in progress to provide PPR. So no need to worry about this.
Hope this will end.

guys, i might sound dumb buy does ppr guaranee PR/COPR does it mean we won or still any doubts.
