Pretty much in the same situation and my meds will change in a few days.

I would suggest you write to them and tell them this change has occurred and what the next steps should be. In the subject of the email mention "Medicals expired".
[/quoteHi Piyush
Yes I have raised a cse and requested ndvo to grant me medical extension .
Cant expect a reply from them ,they like to keep suspense like Mahavir Singh Phogat (dangal). :P

After seeing the timelines and recent ita's issued , I am in for a long wait. Hope they clear the backlogs fast.

Guys, could you please tell me who is maintaining the NDVO spreadsheet? There is a wealth of information and if we get more entries into the sheet, we would get a clearer picture about processing times for various streams.

Im not able to add to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1UVAP2ezSk6GGE2w8icTLIlZ4kGUniuWMdLXkyX8OLe0/edit#gid=1941549803

I am sure that the person who was looking into spreadsheet has moved on. Can we make a new NDVO spreasheet if the existing is not maintained by anyone?

Excellent idea. We can copy the existing data and then append the list with the data from rest of October, November, December and January threads.

Hi
Does anybody know what is the maximum time taken by ndvo to issue ppr?
Secondly Has anybody got a refusal after 13or 14 months of waiting ?

Hello group
I have an urgent query regarding my GCMS.
I applied for my GCMS on 23 Nov 2016 through a friend, who has Canadian PR, and I have not received my notes till date. As AITP sends notes in 30 days I send them mail on 30 Dec 2016 and even not received answer which supposed to be come in 5 days. I again mail them on 7 jan 2017 about my notes and did not receive any reply. On 13 Jan 2017 I got a reply of my first reminder mail with following mail.
“Thank you for contacting the Access to Information and Privacy Office.
According to our records, your request is now completed. The response will be mailed to the mailing address provided.

My questions are :
1. What does this mail mean?
2. Will they send notes on mailing home addres of my friend, who is living in canada?
It has been Seven days since i got the above mail and my friend has not received any mail on his home address.
Interesting fact of this story :
One of my friend who is living in delhi has also send GCMS notes request from the reference of that canadian PR friend on 22 Nov 2016 just one day before me got his notes in one month on 23 dec 2016.
Please share your suggestions.

Please update my PR application details as following in https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1UVAP2ezSk6GGE2w8icTLIlZ4kGUniuWMdLXkyX8OLe0/edit#gid=1941549803

02 Nov 2016 Received ITA with 472 points
04 Dec-2016 PR Application Submitted
04-Dec-2016 AOR Received
11-Dec-2016 Medical Passed
15-Dec-2016 Background Status Changed from NS to NN

Apparently, your friend has chosen to receive hard copy of the notes instead of the soft copy. Not sure because majority of the people prefer to receive a e-copy.
