Its the same case with me.. 11.2 and r10 were okayed in the first week of application! And no updates at all since 4 months.

my R10 nd A11.2 were MET in 8 days and on 12th day it moved to NDVO.....almost 90 days since it moved to NDVO.

Many people are saying that most of the fsw Outland apps are being processed by cpc ottawa. My aor is 22 mar. R10, 11.2 and eligibility met in first 5 days. FIle transfered to CPC ottawa on 30 March. No update since then.

Yes there has been many instances where files are processed in ottawa.. until PPR.. due to workload distribution to VOs that CIC has adopted, your file can be processed anywhere in the world.

They picked up PNP which they received in May. But they haven't touched my file which was sent to them on April 7th.
