My timelines are the same. AOR - April 3, Meds Passed: July 17, BG: NA. I think as soon as I passed my medicals, BG changed to "Next Step is BG Check" and after a day or two, it changed to NA. Since then, it's been NA. I really don't know what stage of BG check my application is in! I'll complete my six months from AOR on October 3, so I guess I still have some time.i have called CIC twice in the past. never got to speak to anyone, only automated voice response..
I mailed ottawa, london and delhi VO. got only automated response from all.
how do i find out where my file is?

Hi Bhava, you already have a job offer from employer in Canada? That's great! Are you an outlander or inlander? What stream?Hi naeem.. same for me.. i complete 6 months on oct 3, but then got a job offer to start by sept 15th.. so just hoping i get to reach atleast by end of sept...
hi naeem.. yes got a postdoc offer, which anyway is valid ONLY if i have the PR. for the sake of the job offer, the letter says, 15th sept as date of joining. i shud be joining after i get the PR or on sept 15th whichever occurs first.Hi Bhava, you already have a job offer from employer in Canada? I'm sure you'll get it soon. I also will land in Ontario (haven't decided about the city yet) as I've nomination from Ontario under 'Human Resources Managers Stream.' I'm also moving with my family (wife, 3.5 year old son, and almost 8-month-old daughter). So, I guess you're the principal applicant? From what I've seen is that CIC takes longer to process applications for a family than for an individual. I live in Hyderabad. And yes, these processing times, as you rightly mentioned, are KILLING!! Checking your status every morning and evening, hoping to see some positive updates can cause a lot of ANXIETY AND SLEEP DEPRIVATION. LOL!Great to hear Naeem. yes am the principal applicant. where are you from? Am from chennai.
i have no idea about the processing times, just going with the flow... am FSW O is all i know..

So, how do you know it's IP1 or IP2? I mean what exact statements are used by CIC to indicate these levels of progress?I have applied through an agent/ representative based in canada. so i am not even able to check the status everyday. they only send updates when prompted and thats highly frustrating. so i have no idea when the BG changed to IP2.
