When I tracked on VFS site it states the PP has been dispatched.

Hopefully I will get an alert or a mail to collect the PP from VFS Hyderabad. I did not subscribe to courier.

If it is courier it will be directly delivered to you right?
how come they ask to pay the fee to courier also right?
