It means they've received your application but they haven't really started processing it yet.
You should do nothing. Just wait.
And also is it AOR + does it confirms that my documents that i submitted with the application are complete?
Now i suppose will they start to process it anytime soon?

Please tell me if you know....that now will I have to give biometrics and medical too? Will they ask me for it?
Actually I am worried now....as i came back to India but what if they need my medical or biometrics so should I apply for PRTD right away again? What are your suggestions on this ?

It seems you have been provided good advice here.
You were granted PRTD on H&C grounds and almost immediately left Canada again, rather than at least waiting until you had a current PR card. Not really sure what you expected, but hoping for another shot at H&C may be a stretch.
I couldn't help... I have to come back any how because of my studies and this my last year of it so I can't let it go. Now i have no idea what will happen with this renewal thing.

Pls I can’t remember my username to view the status of my H&C application, I opened another account just so I could link it to my application but all to no avail. While on it, there was no option for H&C application on the categories listed. Pls any advice on how to go about this? I just need to know the status of my application. Thanks

Myself and my husband is a PR. My son landed in Canada on July 2021 with TRV. In August 2021 he got his ecopr and were asked to fill the virtual landing form. We submitted it and still waiting for the status update. Does anyone submitted virtual landing and received any response fromIRCC
