Hi All,
I am currently in Canada and have got Work permit approval recently under Noc code 0621 for managerial job(under owner operators scheme). My spouse is out of country and applied open work permit for her.
I want to enquire in regards to my PR application.
1) Which option will be best for me to apply for PR in FSW class or CEC class.
2) Can I apply for my Spouse and my daughter in Single profile and currently I and my daughter are inside Canada but my wife being outside.
3) My daughter is 20 years old now. Can I apply for her as she will be 21 in next 3 months.

1. You can't choose, IRCC will do it for you when you create your Express Entry profile, depending on whether you have enough canadian qualifying work experience you may qualify for FSW or both.
2. You can add your spouse and daughter as dependants and you as principal applicant, you'd just have to clarify that she's outside Canada.
3. Yes if they are under 22 they can be added as dependants.

No I haven't worked. I got my work permit approved last month.
