Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi. Im a live in caregiver and will submit my PR and OWP application this july. Im married in the philippines but my husband and i broKe up a year ago. Would that be possible not to include him in my application for PR. I'd be patiently waiting for your replies . Thank you.

That should be fine. Just explain in a letter that you are separated.

You should also include an affidavit that you understand/accept that by not including him as dependent/spouse, he will never be able to be sponsored by you under family class.

Would that be ok though we're not legally separated or divorced?

Pwede mo syang hindi iinclude, kahit na hindi pa kayo officially separated.

Pero kailqngan pa po ng explanation letter?

Make a letter explaining why you are excluding him from your application Re: breakdown of marriage, been separated for so many years etc..include the letter in your application- this is the advice i got fr one of the senior members here - Leon and it worked & it doesn't matter if you're not annuled or divorced yet back home..this is the same thing i did to my ex..CIC acknowledged my letter by sending a reply thru mail. Good luck!
