PR application with criminal record

Hi,
I want to clear my doubt. 2 years back I got charged for assault and mischief under $5000. But, later in my case.. now it says Cancelled: Crown directs stay of proceedings.

Now, I want to put my PR application in pool for express entry. So, my question is for that, Will it show up in PCC?

Second question, They ask did you ever involved in criminal activity…. should I say yes or no.
