Guys, I have a question. Whoever knows the answer, please help:

After submitting final application and while waiting for PPR, if one makes a foreign trip to a country other than Canada, do we have to declare it to CIC? As far as I know, international travel history only has to be declared up to the point when you submit the application. Right? Not after that...?

You need not declare.

No, it's not necesary. Two main reasons IMHO;
1. CIC only asks for changes to your personal information. E.g. a permanent address to change - for your own benefit to ensure communication with them
2. If its a short trip, youre unlikely to need a PCC for that country. Except you move to live there - which goes along with the first statement

Thanks. I believe updated passports for family. Nothing i have seen more than that. Always can't predict. That too..ADVO is slower than other VOs.

I have a general question about processing times, if anybody can help- does not having an FBI PCC at the time of the submission of application (with a Letter of Explanation attached requesting an extension) slow down processing times significantly?
Put simply, I heard that even if I submit my application now, it will not begin processing until the FBI PCC (which I need to submit) has been submitted- is this true?

Btw, does anyone have any answer to this?

IMO, if going by common sense, it simply will not pass the completeness check/R10 until all PCCs are submitted.
