Do not worry. It's quite normal to update medicals which will take one to two months. In some cases more than that. My first application got updated next day but second one nearly month.

Both remaining from July are in Abu Dhabi VO I think......anyone from Abu Dhabi VO who got a PPR via PNP EE and his/her AOR is from August or Sept?

Just got my PPR email chaps!!!! Woohoo!!!!

Sent copies of our passports which arrived there on Monday 18th....my MyCIC has changed to Approved today which I believe means they have done the COPR and are in the process of sending it back.....which is a 5 day turnaround!!

Hard to tell. Really depends on the case and the officer handling your case. While CIC website says 6 months, There is no standard processing time.
