Ottawa is processing PNP applicants who applied from outside in October and not processing people who are in Canada applied in August...People help me with the logic here??

It is obvious they are NOT processing applications in the order they were received. They must have another method or it is just plain arbitrary at best.
We just have to wait and see I guess.

Well I guess it looks like we are the only ones left from July and August. Pretty much all of the applicants either inland or outland have already received or receiving PPR now as we speak. PNP category is cursed. ;D
