Guys if cic rejects or cancels the pnp EE application after ITA due to any reason like incomplete application, emedical invalid etc.
Can we ask to the province to reissue the nomination certificate again.
Or nomination certificate is for only once.

NOC Code......

its valid for six months only, after that it expires and you have apply again for the pnp...

so basically they give you 6 months nomination only...

You can ask for an extension.

And by "extension" you mean re-nomination after re-creating of a profile after a rejection?

I actually was worrying about the same thing as well.
Cuz if you got rejected, I assume you need to build a new EE profile?
And isn't PNP is attached to your EE profile? Which mean you will need to reapply PNP?

Is there anyone got rejected with PNP so far can tell us the experience?

I just submitted my application on August 28th.

Maybe it depends from province to province . I talked to bc pnp they confirmed that pnp nomination cannot be extended. it expires after 6 months no matter what ...
however, I doubt cic will reject any express entry pnp pr application if you have provided them everything they asked for..

I am wondering except for the Schedule 4/4A, what other documents has been requested for the PNPers? I saw in another thread that one person has been requested to provide nomination letter.

Pnp guys, schedule 4 form is required at cic level. But no one submitted along with application. So should i submit this form without any request from cic.
Anyone send it along with application.

Hi all,

I have received my nomination (BC PNP) in June 18, 2015, and actually have received an ITA as well around 2 weeks later. I did have to decline that ITA tho, as: (1) my FBI certificate (US police check) needed 13 weeks to process, and (2) I planned to get married and did got married last week!

My question is apart from updating my EE profile (changing my marital status, and adding my husband's information), do I need to update BC PNP with this change? Does a new provincial nomination certificate (which includes my husband) need to be issues? I never thought the change in my marital status should affect my provincial nomination.

Any guidance/advice/input will be truly appreciated.

Cheers!
