So I applied for Express entry and was invited to apply. I'm filling the application but I've ran into a problem...
My common-law partner lost his passport and on top of that it's expired...getting a new one is going to take a really long time. Can I amend my application not to include him? We have 2 children...

Apply through Tatkal it takes only one day.

I believe if he goes to the Nigerian embassy here in Canada or Nigeria Passport office there should be a process called emergency delivery for passports. Becuase for Indian passport office's they are providing Tatkal one day process.

In the below link there were saying 48 hours for to get a new passport. Check this out. All the best

No, you cannot. Hopefully you can get the new passport in time.
