PR application Tracker is not working

Hello All,

I got my AOR on August 5, but I can still not register on the IRCC tracker. It gives me the below error,

Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

Does anyone know how much time it takes?

Also, I tried several combinations with my first name by applying only my first name and then combining it with my middle name. None of them worked for me. I used the below link for registration,

Are you able to register on tracker now? My biometric and medical has been updated but I am still not able to update it.
