Some Feb 13 ITAs are getting there COPR. But not from Montreal VO.
Other offices are issuing it.

For those of you who have their GCMS notes, do you guys know if you application got transferred to Montreal VO because of answering "Yes" to Stat questions or your application was "complex application" (not sure about parameters to define an application as complex. But let's assume Single applicant/No criminal record/Canadian Education/No or Low travel history = Simple) or was it just "workload distribution"?

I am trying to understand if earlier experiences of people with applications being transferred to Montreal still hold true or not?

I have a "Yes" answer to a stat question for my wife who is a dependant. But in the GCMS notes the reason for transfer to Montreal is "Workload (re)-distribution", and same reason for transfer to secondary VO.

Nope. Never called, never messaged. But I order notes once a month (as soon as I get the previously requested). I'm waiting for my third ones
