guyz any update or any good news today from ottawa?

I don't get why is it taking so long.
the funny thing is, my fd's fd applied in last summer , and then now she received a letter from the CIC and says the estimated process time for her case will be 6 months.
but she hand in her application via immigration advisor /lawyer, do you guys think that will make a different , if you hire a lawyer or not ?

6 months from when? Did she also apply through Ottawa?

Anyway, I don't think applying independently or through a lawyer makes any difference.

Now.. July... I don't know, but long time I haven't seen any bcpnp pr.. Maybe the province is another factor in the processing time..Who knows....
