PR application submitted but problem of changing job

Help please .
Federal application submitted .
Ainp is employer driven .work permit is bound with current employer ....
Wanna change employer
What should I do ????
Anybody through this situation

If you change employer, AINP will most probably withdraw your nomination since it is under Employer-Driven category bounded in that particular employer. If you are nominated under Alberta Work Experience, you can go anytime you like after you give them due notice. For now, extend a little patience until you got your PR status.

Awww that sucks
One of my friend talked to ainp ppl .they said u can change job if u have open work permit just few docs required .in case you are bounded ,you need LmO from new employer to change Job .
Can I get absence leave of 2-3 months and fly to my home country to get rid of this ?
Does it affects my pr application if I stay for 2-3 months out of country ???
Imp question--- if my working hours are 30 -40 for 2 weeks ,does my application get affected as hours are less ??8any advice wud be appreciated
