PR application submission while dependents are away for vacation

I got ITA on Jan 30th and all the docs are ready to submit, but I am currently in USA and my wife and kid went to home county for a vacation for 1 and half month and they will come back after 20 days.

my question is : Can I submit my PR application before my wife and kid came back to USA with USA address for all? if I do this will this impact my PR application ? or should I wait until they land again USA( but I don't like to wait more because of other deadlines)

experts/experienced people please share your opinions.

There is no requirement that your wife and kids be at home when you submit your PR application : )

But I have to give their return dates in travel history right! Can I give future dates now itself?
