PR application status no change for months

Hi Everyone,

I applied for PR in may 1st week after receiving the ITA in feb. In may 3rd week got request letter on marriage certificate. I provided the same again with proper explanation within 7days.
It's now 5months and there has been no update on my application and neither any response to my query to CIC.
Anyone facing such scenario or if any suggestion in this situation.
