PR application status change to "Decision Made" after passing Eligibility

Hello,
I'm new to this forum and the whole applying for PR thing so I really need your help with this.
Recently I received a letter from CIC stating that I meet eligibility requirements to apply for PR as member of spouse...(long letter) then there was an update when I checked my status online:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 20, 2017.
2. We started processing your application on June 8, 2018.
3. Medical results have been received.

Today I just checked my status again and it changed to "Decision Made". I wonder if that's a good sign or not

P/S: I applied in Canada

Congrats!! It's a good sign! you're done with the process,expect a letter mentioning about your process is done and landing appointment

Since I use a representative, you mind letting me know how long it normally takes for us to receive a letter?
