i am an Italian passport holder but i stayed in india for studies and work purposes . I got my expresss entry profile rejection as they said my PCC certificate is incomplete.. I uploaded the pcc from
2019(last arrival date to india) to 2023 .. I don't why they said its incomplete. Also is it because i got it done from FRRO? Can someone please help as my agent is also clueless and i need to do everything all over again!

Did you upload Italy's PCC as well?

Get GCMS notes immediately. If you do not know, search this forum.

Sorry to hear that. When did your agent submit your application and how long after submitting did you get the rejection mail?

Thats interesting... getting GCMS notes is free and gives you insight into your entire file and ALL the comments made by your VO. So yeah, if it costs you nothing, doing it is useful.

That being said, you should not wait on it. Just order it and move on to getting right PCC. Likely your new PCC and notes will arrive at the same time.

How long did you live in India? What years?

I was born in india . Got my citizenship of italy in 2012 . But I continued my entire study and currently working as a nurse in india . I went to italy only for visiting purposes since then but Never stayed for more than 6 months . Last visit was 2019 . My agent finds my case difficult because of NRI status . I will apply gcms and pcc from Frro again . But will it help with the previous application and ITA as ircc said my application cancelled

If you have required documents and meet the requirements, you can possibly. At worst they can deny. Meanwhile trying getting another invite too once you have the documents.
