I currently have one job right now. For 2016,2017 & 2018, I had at least two jobs. Yes I have job duties, job letter and T4A from 2017 and 2018 for one of the two jobs I had in 2017-2018 while the other one I have T4,ROE. Job letter, job offer letter and job duties. I only have the full documentation for only two jobs because the other jobs were either just summer jobs like fundraising or were temp roles placed by employment agencies or one of them is now a defunct employer but I have the T4 for that one too.
Remember T4A doesn't count, T4A is self-employed or contractor in CIC's definition, even you worked as an employee. for your community services job, did they deduct any tax, EI and CPP

If i understand you correctly, you mean you claim two jobs, one is admin assistant for 1 year and the other one is your current job community service?

If you claim point for your job and you provide reference letter (better with T4 and Paystub as supporting documents) then you should good to go. If you don't claim point, then just put it on personal activity without proof.

Ok thank you for taking the time out to reply to me.

The job I used for the points is the job I was terminated from, which is NOC B, was full time 40 hours. I submitted reference letter and job duties for that position. the job I used to show I’m currently employed which is essentially a staffing agency for Community Shelter Workers is the one with the T4A even though I’m paid as a contractor for all intents and purposes I’m an employee of this company. I had to apply and interview for the job. If there is an issue with my work at the Shelter, they contact my employer who in turn contacts me or disciplines me based on the issue.
They get paid for their services from the company and then they pay me. I don’t own the company nor am I related to anyone at the company.

Yes I claim two jobs. The former one year full time job as an admin assistant and then for job offer I used the current job I have as a community service worker. No they don’t deduct any EI, CPP etc only when I file my taxes are deductions made at that time.

Base on your description, I am afraid the job agency/community service who issued T4A to you may not be eligible to claim point.

If you didn't claim any point for your community service job, then should be fine

In the document checklist, cic also asked you to upload Community service job's record too? Did you provide any LOE to explain your situation?

They asked me to upload the job letter and job duties, plus an ROE or pay stubs if I have them. I didn’t have an ROE for this job, my employer has never done ROEs for employees who still work for him only when they leave.

ROE is not a big issue if you don't have ~ as long as you have reference letter and T4/Paystub to prove ~ ROE's main purpose is to apply unemployment insurance so employer don't issue when you are still employed

what i concern is they may reject your application because your community job is under T4A (if you claim point for this job)
