IMO you need to submit a new restoration application that is tied to a visitor record since the one you submitted was tied to the BOWP which is going to be refused.

Since my PR application was refused, I am still weighing my options on what next to do but I believe my BOWP will also be refused since it's directly linked to the AOR of the PR application.

However, my BOWP was submitted with a restoration of status. At the moment, I am thinking of applying for a Visitor's Visa/Record. Do I need to submit a new restoration of status with the VV/VR application or I can submit the VV/VR application alone since I already have a restoration submitted with the pending BOWP..?

@canuck78, @scylla, @traveller2024 Do you have any idea about this, please?
Hey buddy did you included this experience in your study permit application, i mean in the application forms or you only claimed during pr??

not an expert but i think you should apply for a new restoration of status with the visitor record. i'm saying this because normally when work permit (/extension) applications get refused, one has to apply for a new restoration of status application. please do your due diligence as well.

re your refusal, you can try providing your pay stubs in reconsideration request. the refusal letter specifically mentions you didn't provide the pay stubs, and that being the main basis why the visa officer didn't think this experience was legit. so if possible, maybe get those, and see what they say. just a suggestion.
