PR application rejected due to Spouse PCC

Hi,
You can mail and ask OINP to transfer for your Nomination to the new EE Profile that you will/have created. I think they do transfer if the case is genuine. A LOE is must. Make sure you explain OINP well.

I'm sure OINP will transfer the nomination on to you new EE Profile.

Thanks Karandeep. I had sent mail to OINP at expressentry@ontario.ca and its been 13 days , I have not received any respons though i received auto acknowledge email in response to my mail that they will respond to my request with in 15 days.

Waiting to hear from OINP.

Hi there, based on my experience it takes them at least 2 - 3 weeks to complete the transfer and once they are done they'll give you a respond via email. I see that you ve already waited that long, you should be hearing from them soon. Best of luck !

Its been more than 3 weeks and currently 4th week is ongoing but i have not heard from OINP yet. Do you know much they usually takes to transfer nomination to new profile.

Hi, i didnt get nomination again from AINP on new profile.
for old profile i sent webforms to IRCC but they didnt consider the new PCC. so my application is rejected

did you requested to AINP? I means they also refused to transfer nomination to new EE?

yes i sent email to them and they refused to transfer it. Even on their website, it is mentioned that they dont transfer nomination for express entry profiles.
