PR Application Question regarding "The decision envelope for your application"

hey Guys,

I got this message from VFS: However, my lawyer says' that VFS does not handle PR applications and I don't have any TRV application in process. There is NO update on the GC Portal or Ecas regarding the decision. Did anyone else ever get this kind of message from VAC for PR Application in the process? -

The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. xxxxxxx has been received from the IRCC Office on 3/2/2021 at 10:41:12 AM and has been dispatched to the Canada Visa Application Centre Pakistan OC, Islamabad. For further details, please contact the VAC helpline number or refer to our website at: https://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/Pakistan
