PR application processing at CIC Calgary

Yes. He told that applications with problems are sent to Calgary VO. And also said not to expect before 6months. Since it’s in Calgary.
Did they ask you any ADR since the process started?

No they did not ask for ADR. This is new info. That you gave me, what i have found out is there are bunch of applications from November month being processed over there. Just did not know what you just told me. I think only way to know actually what is going on is to order gcms notes

Question is with regards to the average processing time through the Calgary CIC...

I am from the CEC stream based in Toronto. AoR is 6 April 2018

Got my notes, and looks like nothing was done past R10- Nov 30th.
My application was bouncing between Calgary and Vancouver VO without anyone touching it.

That's unfortunate. With Calgary office involved, the processing time takes a different turn. Based on the few notes I've ordered, it seems like it takes at least two months for an agent to touch my file. Every update made so far has been done in interval of two months. Did you call IRCC to get some clarification as to why your file is moving from one VO to another?

I will call today or tomorrow. I'm super frustrated now. I dont see a reason for a problem on my application. My employer is online, and my name, title and picture are on a website. POF from Canadian banks, stamped and signed. Never had a parking ticket in my life or any dealings with law... I'm in canada for past 5 years and approved on visas and permits 3 times so far..

I think it's the VO office because when I called the other day, Ottawa informed me that they contacted Calgary IRCC to find out what's delaying my application. Calgary said that a section of my BGC was still in process. I haven't been asked to provide additional documents or go for an interview, so I don't know why my BGC is taking so long. All we can do is wait. So did you try reaching out to your MP?

Oh wow! Seems like I'll still have to wait for a while. My AOR is July 26, 2018. At this point, I guess all I can do is wait it out. Lol

Omg , I feel so bad now complaining and it's only been 4 months. Didn't know your application is over 6m. Did they complete your eligibility yet?
They told me they wont start it until BG is done...

Lol. No worries. My eligibility, criminality and medical are passed. Security is what's delaying my application now and yes, security usually commences once eligibility is passed
