PR application: Obtaining Ecuador Police certificate as a non citizen outside Ecuador

I followed the instructions on Cic site on how to obtain a police certificate from Ecuador as a non citizen online to facilitate PR application.However, it was rejected due to incomplete document; Ecuador police certificate. What worries me is that I don't know who to contact in Ecuador to help me with it. According to Cic, the online version isn't acceptable.

Please let me know if you obtained a police certificate outside Ecuador as a non citizen online and it was used for PR application. If yes, were there any issues? So frustrating

Hello. Were you able to fix this problem? Did you get the police certificate from somewhere else? I'm going to apply for sponsorship soon from Ecuador.
