Hi everyone,
I am trying to figure out the question 9 shedule 1 IMM 5002. They ask to include all the addresses you HAVE HAD (not have lived) for the past 10 years. I travelled a lot for 3 months or 4, or for a week or 2. Should I put all information where i did not live but was just a visitor? I think the immigration changed the application a bit, earlier they asked "where you have lived" now "have had"???
And also i had some refusals in visas to the USA (cuz I did not have ties with my own coutry), should I tell them this info?

Thank you very much for the help

Cheers

It's where you've lived. If you went on a two week holiday somewhere you do not need to include the hotel address, for example. This has already been confirmed.

Thank you very much. But if I went to the States for 3,5 months under Work and Travel program, and then I came back to my home country (Russia), shoul I indicate it?
As I've been told I should include the time where I lived more than 6 months. Right?
Regards

The six month requirement is for police certificates. I don't remember reading that you don't need to report addresses for less than six months. I had a short-term (four month) address and I reported it on my application.

I would recommend reporting that address. You can never get in trouble for giving more information than required (unless the information is negative, but an address is not), but you can get in trouble for giving less information than required. Does that make sense?

My husband was in the Marines and we were advised that even when he was reloacated for 3-4 months for education, he had to use that addresss, and then change it back to where he was based. I had to call CIC to get more information about that.
