PR application got transfffered to new delhi vo

I submitted my pr application under family class on 7th december 2022.
Received the aor on 6th feb 2023
Got biometric request on 28th feb 2023
Medical request on 2nd March 2023
Biometric completed on 6th March 2023
Medical examination gave on 13th march 2023 medical passed on 16th March 2023
After that no update.
Got one ghost update
Eligibilty not started
And on 19th April 2023 background check changed from not started to in progress.
Again it changed to we will inform you once we start the background check on 2nd of July 2023. I got a message from ircc on 14th July 2023 that my file will be transffered to india new delhi .

Not all but quite common. Not all countries have immigration sections that deal with family sponsorship, some get handled in Canada. But it's perfectly normal.

Transfer to VO doesn't mean that will be an interview. Not ALL get transferred but some do and it's normal.

on september i was asked to send additional information which did after that my eligibilty status changed not yet started to in progress . Thats all no updates after that .

The processing time estimate is showing 10 months. But I have crossed that 3 months ago. Nothing yet ! Has anybody who submitted last year received their COPR ? Pls update

Try your MP's office, order GCMS notes.
