PR application for Work permit

I hold an open work permit and a study permit at the same time due to special measure for Iran. (My work permit is due to special measure in Iran and issued after I received my study permit) I have been working full time for my employer for the past 2 years and have a job approval letter from them, I would like to apply for the Saskatchewan nomination (Non express entry). I wonder which one of these two I am eligible to apply for?
(1) International Skilled Workers - Employment Offer
(2) Saskatchewan Experience - Applications With Existing Work Permit

My employee applied for the SINP and I received sinp job approval letter from my workplace. I have been working since May 2023 (more than 30 hr per week) in Saskatchewan, which one I am eligible?

I don’t know which one you are eligible for. I don’t know your full profile so read the requirements for each and see which one is applicable to you. If you don’t want to read the requirements then hire an immigration lawyer or consultant to do it for you.

I have read the requirements for both programs and I still have this question that I asked above, as it did not refer to my question. That is obviously why I am asking here.
