After PR application done, are they will ask for police clearance certificate from back home country??

I did my medical in September 2017 for refugee claimants purpose, should I do my again medical exam for PR purpose?

Please, kindly reply my questions if you know..

They will ask for PCC for each country u visited more then 6 months in last 10 years
Medical certificate is valid for 1 year.so u will need to do it again

For PR application do we need to get the PPC document after application or During the when we apply to sent it all with the other necessary documents together? Thanks
