PR application for LCP

Hello,

My WP will expire on December 27, 2013 and I will finished my 24 months of work on December 31, 2013. Can I apply for PR now and OPW? Or do i need to renew first my WP and apply for my PR later after completed my 24 months of work? My current contract is 3 yrs and will finish December 31, 2014.

i think you have to renew your wp for an extension at least 30days before it expires. you may apply for PR after you completed the 24-month of hardships and labour. please check CIC for application procedures. good luck.
