Dear all who got medical request from LA, please tell me if you got police request again, as my immigration consultant told that we might get the police clearance request again?
Our PCC was done in Feb 2010 and we submitted those in Apr/ May 2010 when we got those from FBI. Do we need to re-do it as its over 18 months now?
Please share, so that we prepare ourselves for same.

Together with MR, I was asked to submit PCC anew.

I was not asked PCC or any other docs such as bank account or POF, etc.

Got medical, submit result and received PPR, RPRF and photos.

So it seems everyone has different case.

i Have a question if anyone can answer that would be great....I have a 12months baby girl,as we are planing to go to India in feb...I want to bring someone other than my mom or mother-in-law to look after my baby...can i sponsor right now as i'll just get my PR....do u think i can get my aunt who is a not our relative.????.... so plz help....

Yes kia i think u can apply for anyone just u have to fulfill all their requirements.

The VO will assess the capability of your employer to pay you. They may need his/hers CRA documents. They will count people staying in the house and may also ask for a floor plan. This is to determine that you have your own room as their LIC.

A friend got denied when she said she will be staying with her mother since the mother is the one who needs a caregiver. Her brother is her employer.
