Thx K3.K3 said:Hey guys i have one question since my status is like as i pasted under.......my question is that like everyone got one addition line that...." you file is in process on this date or that, but my e-cas status shows IN PROCESS since jan. 2010." I just freaked out while saw so many negative responses on this forum after wait of more den years and they got rejection.
We received your application for permanent residence on March 22, 2010.

We transferred your application to the Los Angeles office on November 8, 2011. The Los Angeles office may contact you. ......date"
thnx.
For your ecas status it is not IN PROCESS. Even my status turned to In Process in Jan 2011 but when I requested my CAIPS later in this year I come to know that my file even did not touch by VO in Jan month. So this is system glitch. Until a line added to your status like " We reviewd your file and started processing on so date." Its not In Process. Treat this as RBVO.
Seems like your file transfered on November 8. So definetely before christmas you will get good news.
All the best.
