I sent my passport on Oct 1st I'm not sure when they sent it back but my ecas changed to decision made about to weeks ago. So it took more than a month to get it back. But I guess it's because I'm in Canada and we cannot send any express return envelope the reason why it took forever. But it's finally here!

How do you send the passports to Los Angeles office. Do you use Fedex or UPS or USPS? Is their any preferred or any restrictions on the courier for Los Angeles office for sending passports.
