I didn’t received the any email. I just call the IRCC.

No. They will send officially letter start with G.

Before 3 weeks and temporary number which I received starts with XG.

Mean your landing took two months after decision made. That is so irritating. But anyhow congrats. you had to wait these two months extra for your citizenship. lolz
